Mothers’ Day Celebrated

It was a day to celebrate mothers love. To show gratitude and respect towards their mother students of Budha Dal Public School, Patiala presented a wonderful special assembly on 7 May 2016.
It began with the rendition of Shabad followed by a choreography on heartfelt song of Harbhajan Mann ‘Mavan thandian chhavan’ a self composed lyric by Dhruv Joshi of class VI moved everyone’s heart, Saiyam of class XII stole the show with the musical display of ‘Maa, Meri Maa’ on Guitar. Saksham & Ravnoor of class IX sang a beautiful song ‘Tujhe sab ha pata meri maa’ from Tare Zamin Pe.
The Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Amrit Aujla wished a long life for the mothers of all the students and ended her message with a quote from Robert Browning “Motherhood: All love begins and ends there.”
